Since 1974, MGM Transformers, a Forgent Company, has been a trusted name in power distribution—designing and building transformers that perform in the most demanding environments.

Today, we are one of the largest transformer manufacturers in the United States, with five advanced production facilities and over 1.5M square feet across California, Texas and Tijuana, Mexico. Our vertically integrated operations and deep engineering expertise enable us to deliver both standard and custom solutions with speed, precision and uncompromising quality.

What we do

At MGM Transformers, we design and manufacture high-performance dry-type and oil-filled transformers for the most critical power distribution applications.
